Not a quiz
The numbers it actually reads.
Nothing here is self-reported on a five-point scale. Each of these comes out of a tool you filled in, banded against what a healthy product business looks like.
- Gross margin and how many months of runway your cash actually buys
- Net margin after overhead, by product and by channel
- The month your cumulative cashflow crosses back into the black
- Days of stock cover against your real lead time, per SKU
- Whether your price covers the price your own numbers require
- Whether monthly net can service the loan you are considering
Where a tool has no numbers to read, like the brand workbooks, it is scored on the depth you actually filled in. A category with nothing usable is left out of the composite rather than counted as a zero, so a tool you have not opened never drags your score down.
