Pricing
What each step costs, and what it actually includes.
Three steps, in the order that works. You never have to take the next one. Each is useful on its own, and most founders stop at the first.

Questions, answered
They're not two prices on the same ladder. They're two different engagements.
The Business Audit is diagnostic. You leave with a 90-day action plan and an honest answer on whether Foundations First is even right for you. It's a fixed, bounded piece of work, priced like one.
Foundations First is the rebuild itself: months of hands-on work across margin, inventory, operations, messaging and systems, done with you instead of handed to you as a report. $5,000 of the $25,000 isn't a fee. It's capital reserved to actually activate the plan once it's built, not advice about what to do with your own money.
If you've already paid for the Business Audit, that amount comes off the $25,000. You're not starting over. You're continuing the same investment.
Most people stop at the free tools or the audit. This explains what you're paying for if you go further, not why you should.
